If you have worked up an appetite, you’ll want to head straight down from the ski piste to the Ursprungs Panorama Hotel. The Restaurant is immediately opposite the Königsleiten Mountain Railway base station, so all you have to do is take off your skis..
In the Ursprungs Panorama Hotel you can enjoy a wide culinary view – and not just from the extensive sun terrace. Our Alpen Burgers are prepared in the classical way – with crispy buns and the finest, freshly ground, juicy grilled beef, lovely crispy bacon and perfectly melted cheese.
There’s are good reasons why the giant Vienna Schnitzel is famous all over the world as Austria’s national dish. The delicate cutlet of meat in its golden brown coating of egg and breadcrumbs tastes good to both young and old – and what’s more, its size is a match for even the biggest appetite. Just as popular as burgers and schnitzel are our flavourful and juicy spare-ribs, or Ripperl, as we call them: once you’ve tried them, you’ll be hooked!

The restaurant is in a beautiful position with magnificent views of Königsleiten and of the Hohe Tauern and Zillertal Alps panorama.
It is its variety that makes the Hotel Ursprung cuisine an authentic culinary experience. In addition to à la carte specialities such as veal, beef and fish dishes, the special-price daily set menus are particularly popular.
Culinary highlights include Chateaubriand and Fondue Bourguignonne, the classic fondue with tender fillet of beef, delicious side dishes and sauces. A carefully selected range of wines will accompany your culinary adventure and round off your taste experience.
