In the Ursprungs Panorama Hotel you can enjoy a wide culinary view – and not just from the extensive sun terrace. Our Alpen Burgers are prepared in the classical way – with crispy buns and the finest, freshly ground, juicy grilled beef, lovely crispy bacon and perfectly melted cheese. There’s are good reasons why the giant Vienna Schnitzel is famous all over the world as Austria’s national dish. The delicate cutlet of meat in its golden brown coating of egg and breadcrumbs tastes good to both young and old – and what’s more, its size is a match for even the biggest appetite. Just as popular as burgers and schnitzel are our flavourful and juicy spare-ribs, or Ripperl, as we call them: once you’ve tried them, you’ll be hooked! These are just a few of the dishes you’ll find at the Hotel Ursprung at midday and until early evening – freshly prepared daily from the highest-quality ingredients. We serve warm meals from 12 am – 9 pm.
